This is a custom made, unique dress made by a Turkish Designer (Sebnem Sonmez) in Istanbul, Turkey. IT LOOKS LIKE NEVER WORN BEFORE, JUST LIKE NEW!!! Bustier is swarovski beaded, embroidered on a soft sateen fabric. Skirt is a great quality soft tulle. The back of the bustier has straps that may fit either size 4 or 2. I weigh 118 lbs and I am 5'4" tall. I was 5'9" tall when I wore the dress with the shoes. The fabric and all the materials are very good quality. This makes the dress look beautiful but also all the beads make the dress feel heavier than a normal tulle dress.
