A chic, romantic and elegant silhouette, inspired by its own delicate French lace. This gown boasts a plunging neckline to the waist, boned bodice with French lace insert, single button closure at center back with keyhole. This bodice is broken up from the skirt with a silk crepe belt and flows into a full skirt with draped folds, and a circular train hemline, this is softened with ten French lace godets throughout. I felt so beautiful and elegant in this dress. I loved that it was structured, but still very comfortable (unlike some of the dresses I squeezed myself into!) Similarly, the plunging neckline felt a little daring, but by no means overly sexy for a family wedding. The material is clearly very fine - I have never worn a garment that draped so nicely. It has hooks added in to back for bundling up the train to dance. In my wedding shopping journey I was constantly being told that I should feel like a princess on my wedding day, and this dress definitely did the trick for me. I hope it can help someone else live the fantasy in its next life!
