Beautiful Strapless Sweetheart Tulle and Organza Fit and Flare Wedding Dress with Floral Lace Appliques
This dress is a beautiful, full dress without feeling too hot or bulky. The dress has dropped waist and is almost a mermaid-like fit. It has all the elegance of a gown without a ball gown. I would love to see this dress be used again!
I loved the corset and the panel in the back made it easy to make sure it was a perfect fit. I had the following alterations made to the dress: the seam on the hips was opened up slightly so that it lay better, the bottom was hemmed and the seamstress added straps - she made them from the lace overlay so they match the dress perfectly. I am a street size 12 and this is a size 14.
The dress is in great condition - it has been professionally cleaned. One of the straps came out in the front - so you will need to either have the straps removed or adjusted. The flowers in the overlay are prone to pilling - I cut some stray thread and you may need to do the same.
The seamstress also added a bustle with three ties. This was a great way to make the dress easy to wear the rest of the night.
