I had it let out as much as it could be but it's not a style that lends itself to being let out so it fits as a size 12, maybe a 12/14 if you have smaller thighs than me lol. It comes as a very very subtle sweetheart neckline, I had it altered to be a deeper more authentic sweetheart. I LOVE it! Personally I think it makes the dress. I made no alterations to length, and did not add cups. I have a full skirt slip that goes with it. I also have a gorgeous matching long (falls to mid-back/elbows) veil which are included Being preserved in original bag, in a non-smoking, pet free home. Has never been worn outside of the store, I picked it up and took it home and hung it in it's own closet.
